  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey For the best flavor.
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning To elevate the flavor.
  • 1 head Fresh Lettuce Chopped romaine for crunch.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved for sweetness.
  • 1 cup Black Beans Drained and rinsed.
  • 1 cup Corn Canned or frozen.
  • 1 avocado Diced Avocado For healthy fats.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend.
  • 1 cup Salsa For topping.
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips Crushed for extra crunch.

Instructions
 

Gather Ingredients

  • Chop the romaine lettuce and dice the avocado. Rinse and drain the black beans and corn.

Cooking Process

  • 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned.
    2. Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions, usually adding water and simmering.
    3. Once cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Assembly/Plating

  • In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, followed by the seasoned meat, black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese. Top with salsa and crushed tortilla chips.
