Chop the romaine lettuce and dice the avocado. Rinse and drain the black beans and corn.
Cooking Process
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. 2. Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions, usually adding water and simmering. 3. Once cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Assembly/Plating
In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, followed by the seasoned meat, black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese. Top with salsa and crushed tortilla chips.
