Gather Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pistachios, 1 cup raspberries, 8 oz cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup butter, melted, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

Preparation

  • Chop pistachios finely. Puree raspberries and strain to remove seeds. Soften cream cheese at room temperature.

Cooking Process
