Gather Ingredients
1. Gather all ingredients including glutinous rice flour, sugar, water, sesame seeds, and your choice of filling.
Preparation
2. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Cooking Process
3. Divide dough into small balls. Flatten each ball and add a spoonful of filling. Seal the dough around the filling and roll into a ball. Roll each ball in sesame seeds to coat. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the sesame balls until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
