1 cup dragonfruit puree, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons matcha powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 cup gelatin (dissolved in water), 1 pre-baked cake layer (your choice).
Preparation
